Focusing on family law and personal injury, I have more than thirty-six years of experience with over a thousand cases. I offer great client service and reply to inquiries within twenty-four hours.

Summary of Previous Employment

I’ve spent my entire legal career in private practice and I appreciate the freedom it gives me to help my clients to the fullest extent of the law and my legal abilities. My current practice, Gerrity and Burrier, Ltd., includes my partner, attorney Brian C. Burrier, Cara L. Dawson, a member of the firm, and three legal assistants. Our practice is focused on the areas of family law and personal injury. I have solid experience in both areas handling more than a thousand cases including more than fifty jury trials, and have had numerous cases published in legal reporters.

Significant Cases

We view all cases as significant; client service is also very important to us, and we reply to inquiries quickly, pledging to do so by the following business day. We are sensitive to client finances, with a wide range of hourly rates for legal assistants to the senior partner. At gerrity & Burrier, we utilize our attorneys and staff members to be more cost effective to the clients. We always attempt to utilize our personnel as effectively as possible to maximize results and minimize client’s costs.
