Summary of Previous Employment

I've spent my entire legal career in private practice and I appreciate the freedom it gives me to help my clients to the fullest extent of the law and my legal abilities. My current practice, Gerrity and Burrier, Ltd, includes my partner, attorney Brian C. Burrier, Mark E. Hogan, a member of the firm, and three legal assistants. Our practice is focused on the areas of family law and personal injury. I have solid experience in both areas handling more than 1,000 cases including more than 50 jury trials, and have had many cases published in legal reporters.

Significant Cases

We view all cases as significant; client service is also very important to us and we reply to inquiries quickly, pledging to do so by the following business day. We have a sensitivity to client finances, with hourly rates range from $300 for the senior partner to $80 for legal assistants. We attempt to utilize our personnel most effectively to maximize results and to minimize client’s costs.
